Recently, we were delighted to facilitate a mental health training session in Nigeria at the Centre for the Study of the Economies of Africa (CSEA). Our Executive Director, Aisha Abdullahi Bubah, led the session on “Understanding Mental Health and Mental Illness”, emphasizing the need for mental health awareness at work.



This session was more than just a conversation, it was a step toward building a healthier, more resilient workplace. With a mission to equip staff with essential mental health knowledge, we focused on helping participants recognize early signs of mental health challenges, understand the difference between mental health and mental illness, and explore ways to offer and seek support.
