We facilitated an emotions management (anger management) session for the team leaders at Jesuit Refugee Service in Abuja, as part of the 2-day Developing constructive conflict skills for teams workshop with Insights training services.
It was important to discuss how anger as a normal emotion can be channeled constructively and managed using healthier coping mechanisms.
This is part of our inclusive practices ensuring that mental wellbeing is made a priority in all sectors, especially workplaces.
